Enabling automation in extreme environments by building the robotic workforce of tomorrow, ready for deployment today.

OUR WHY

At Optimotive, we fundamentally believe that workers operating in muddy, dusty, and otherwise unpredictable environments are capable of far greater than working on mundane, laborious, and repetitive tasks. To be stuck on such tasks is to suffer, both mentally and physically. Enriching the lives of those stuck in these cycles is a common good, allowing them to have greater fulfillment in life, greater earnings, greater health, and increased productivity, while simultaneously producing far greater results for their employers.

North American economies are seeing troubling trends with a declining, aging workforce with a troubling trajectory with the potential collapse of the labor market. Humans still in the workforce will become rare and valuable, thus making it critical that they are supported in every way possible with the best tools, and equipment, while focused on the most valuable tasks to be completed.

One of the best things you can do for a person is to give them the tools they need to succeed. At Optimotive, we strive to be the provider of said tools, with a strategic focus on creating a second tier to the labor force, to work side-by-side with high-value humans.
