At Optimotive Technologies, we believe autonomy and robotics platforms should be available, no matter the conditions and or how extreme the environment is. By using a triple approach of robust platforms, self-sufficient hardware, and adaptable software, our organization has the capability to push into environments never explored by autonomous vehicles.
Our ROOTS
After graduating highschool In the summer of 2016, the founders of Optimotive Technologies came together to make their mark on the technology of autonomous and connected vehicles.
Using their prior experience from their highschools First Robotics team, they began their work on a vision of a future where autonomous vehicles and robotics platforms could function without issue, no matter the weather conditions or environment. Through the development of the business, they realized that companies operating in extreme environments had little to no room for automation of tedious tasks.
This then birthed the creation of a new vehicle, named IRIS 2 Mk1, to provide automated services to companies operating in extreme environments such as construction sites, mining operations, and oil and gas production.
